Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times We ship to customers in the United States and internationally. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

- International: 14–30 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs and Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Kitchenova is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
